I rebooted two PCs and all is syncing properly, just not sure why it continues was sync is completed, when I type (not clip) on one side or the other.

UPDATE: It's working correctly, it likely was multiple devices I had setup syncing. Help me understand why the continual throbbing is helpful.

I understand it may be trying to sync or query other devices, but I prefer not to see constant activity from an icon. I am not a fan of the throbbing arrow to indicate it's enable, brief throb when using CTRL-C would be ok to indicate it scrubbed, but the constant activity is a bit annoying. What I would prefer is a single slash (right top to left bottom in "red") or an X through the icon when disabled.

I do like the left click enable function, but can you explain why the arrow throbs as if it's syncing or copying clipboard with normal typing? It's almost like it's trying to tell me its still enabled. Not sure I know what it's trying to indicate. Sometimes, when I am not using Ctrl-C, the "slash" arrow continues to work, almost as if it's capturing all keyboard activity, even though I'm not copying. Unfortunately I'm finding the "popup" window enable/disable a bit annoying, but am now using Settings to properly disable, and the Advanced Settings "No tray icon notification balloons will be shown" I think the default should be off, with the option of the popups. Until I discovered you could suppress the default balloon popup I was similarly annoyed.
